You can pay for your item by credit or debit cards. Payment authorization must be approved before we can process your order. Payment is received in U.S. Dollars only.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship within USA only. For mutual protection and to avoid fraud, it is a company policy to ship to client's billing address unless the item purchased is a firearm that must be shipped to an FFL or a client is on active duty. Please contact us prior making your order if you need your item to be shipped to another party and we will address it on case by case basis. We will process your order within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional handling time for special orders, back orders, and extreme conditions*. Items on pre-order status if purchased by client are addressed on case by case basis and are processed when they become available.
Items are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and/or via Priority US Mail with tracking confirmation. Please specify if you require signature confirmation and/or insurance before the item leaves our facility. If for some reason an item is not available for immediate delivery, we will contact you directly to make arrangements for future delivery or provide you with an option to receive a refund on the item. Smoken Silent Suppressors is not liable for items lost or damaged during ship and takes no responsibility for items left unattended outside your doorways after delivery had occurred. Once tracking number isssued to you, please arrange your shipment deliveries accordingly with the carrier.
IT IS CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO TRACK THE PACKAGE AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH CARRIER TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE SAFELY. SMOKEN SILENT SUPPRESSORS TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCTS LEFT UNATTENDED. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT INSURING YOUR ITEM BEFORE IT LEAVES OUR FACILITIES.
During holiday seasons or unforeseen industry events, our processing time may run a bit slower than expected and may take up to 14 business days to process. We make every effort to expedite your orders. During sale times and holiday seasons, lead times may vary due to the volume of products being processed. Expect higher than usual ship times. If you purchased a pre-ordered status item, we will notify you via email when the item becomes available in stock. If you have any questions, the best way to reach us is by email, email@example.com. Back Orders/Pre Orders
If you place an order for an item that is back ordered and/or pre-ordered, we will fill all possible items on the order available to ship. We charge the standard shipping fee for items ordered. We will note on your invoice what items were back ordered. You will be emailed when your back ordered parts arrive. If you do not want to leave the items on back order, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will cancel those items for you.
All sales are final. If there is a warranty issue, please contact us at email@example.com and we will address your concern immediately. We allow 3 business days for inspection by customer to report any problems after which it becomes a client's responsibility for any manufacturing defects/damage/assembly issues.
We understand that different circumstances may arise. If you have a "change of heart" on an item and no longer wish to keep your order, you may cancel your order within 12 hours of the time the order was placed, unless the item was already processed and shipped to you with tracking confirmation. There will be a mandatory 5% credit card processing fee applied to your cancellation request. If you wish to cancel your order after 12 hours of placing an order online, there will be a mandatory 20% processing and restocking fee applied to your cancellation request, regardless of the shipment status. All inquiries must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you receive an order and you wish to return it, there will be 20% processing/restocking fee applied to your return within the first 10 days of the receipt of the merchandise. 10-30 days - only store credit is given on items returned, no exception. 30 days and above, we will not accept the return, exchanges only. Client is responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non refundable. Items must be returned in its original unmodified condition. There is no return policy for used and abused items. All FFL transfer items are non refundable. No exceptions.
Smoken Silent Suppressors test fires every suppressor. No warranty is given to products worked on milled and/or modified by customer. If you have concerns with your product, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. In the rare instances there is a problem with your order, we warrant all our suppressors with our limited LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY, in accordance with the terms set below. All other manufacturers’ items carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
1. You have not done anything listed under " Warranty" section below
2. You are the original purchaser.
3. You must have your original receipt with a printed date and description of your item.
4. We will replace item free of charge once the original item has been returned.
5. If a replacement is not available, we will refund your purchase price once the original item is returned less shipping costs.
Warranty is valid only for normal use of the suppressor as they were designed for, any mis-use, abuse or unconventional treatment of the items will not be covered. Read below for additional information on this policy. Normal everyday wear from use of items is not covered.
Mis-use of the suppressor or parts will void warranty. Please use the item as it was designed for. In no way we will accept any suppressors or parts for exchange that have been modified by the buyer or any party involved with the buyer, including but not limited to, gunsmiths. DO NOT modify, grind, sand, mill, file, buff, or cut your parts in any way. It will void your warranty. Above all, modifying parts is VERY DANGEROUS!
If you incorrectly install parts or assembly your suppressor incorrectly causing damage, Smoken Silent Suppressors will void warranty and void all claims related to it. Smoken Silent Suppressors does not warrant the performance of your DIY projects due to nature of the product. Please do not wait to inspect your items. As soon as you get the order, please inspect them. This warranty applies to items purchased online and in person. Buyer’s remorse is not a valid return reason and will not be honored. Please know what you are buying and that you want to buy the item BEFORE you purchase it.
We work with FFLs of client's choice or suppressors can be processed for pickup directly from Smoken Silent Suppressors. Once purchased, please have your FFL send a copy of their license to firstname.lastname@example.org referencing your Order ID. We will process your order accordingly and notify you upon shipment of suppressor to your local FFL dealer.
